This Blog started in 2011. In late 2012, it really took off.
It was started as a parody and had Seriousness thrust upon it. I am now 68 years old. And I am tired. I have other interests. I contribute sometimes to Slugger O’Toole. It is easier to make quick comments than write tedious nonsense here.
Tonight I am kinda hurt. Mick Fealty has removed a pretty reasonable comment I made.
There are two reasons that a comment can be removed.
One reason would be that it causes offence. I try not to cause offence.
Another reason is that a comment might be an inconvenient truth.
It is not for me to speculate.
Resuming here in June 2020 seems a long shot. But it is a more dignified approach.
Lets see what happens.

SO’T has become a revisionist parody. And the blogging equivalent of the crazier editorials and articles in the News Letter.

FFS! Unless someone goes off on some racist or defamatory rant I’ve never banned anyone. Nor seen the need to do so. Obviously the SO’T editorial has turned into Alliance-snowflakes with a touch of the Brexity Policy Exchange in London about them!
In fairness to Mick, this is his source of income.
I have never earned a penny from the Czar.
I do not think that Mick Featy is a Letsgetalongist. I think he is a “Let the Prods walk over you so that my middle-class interests will not be endangered.”
I think its much more complex than that. And there are many layers to LetsGetAlongerism.
