The words of Dr David McCann on Slugger O’Toole. Is there a more obvious example of the metrotextual windbaggery that is the trademark of this message board?
In the world of Slugger O’Toole, nothing ever happens outside Belfast and North Down. As I pointed out in my post on the Launch, neither Dr McCann or Alan Meban were present at the Launch.
It seems neither could be arsed to show up. Less than six months ago, Dr McCann told his followers that he had never been to Armagh.
I wish I could say that I am sorry that SDLP inconvenienced Slugger O’Toole by holding its Launch in a venue convenient to all SDLP members. Strangely SDLP managed to launch the manifesto without the help of Dr David McCann and Slugger O’Toole.

I see he is calling West Tyrone 3 SF 1 SDLP 1 UUP 1 DUP. That seems like a reasonable call. I hope these “sour grape” people who are annoyed at not being selected and who stand as independents don’t get elected.
