Now here is an odd thing. The PSNI are seemingly not very sure who is behind all this rioting. There MIGHT be paramilitary involvement. Yet the Police Federation which representhe police officers states openly that the UVF is involved.
It might be a good idea if the PSNI spoke to their own officers.
It is political policing. The senior PSNI people cannot state publicly what their rank and file officers know. They appear to be acting on Directives from the Stormont Ezecutive and/or the Norn Iron Office. We have had too much of the good narrative….time to ditch the MTV narrative, the Titanic narrative, the City of Culture narrative. Time to GET REAL.
Keeping An Eye On the Czar of Russia 
The PSNI (Matt Baggott) did say UVF were orchestrating the voilence at the police conference.
No …the official PSNI line has been that INDIVIDUALS from UVF have been involved. Even more significantly, Baggott says this is in the context of East Belfast,which appears to suggest that UVF figures from outside East Belfast are involved.
Baggott should just go the whole hog and join one of the unionist parties as he’s showing a canny knack of ‘carefully selected phrasing to cover for the UVF. Since he took over, the old RUC habits are creeping back in these last couple of years. The PSNI are seemingly not in the least embarassed at knowing how their soft handling of loyalist rioters compared to ardoyne are seen by nationalists and duly noted.The wrong group are titled Shameless.
It’s still POLITICAL POLICING.The PSNI are not independent.
