Thomas Street in Portadown. I am not wxactly sure that it is Sydney Anderson’s constituency office as the sign says DUP Local Government Office.
The layout is similar to that of party colleague, Stephen Moutray MLA (Lurgan). A counter inside.
Posters in the window include “A Decade of Centenaries” (seemingly a booklet concentrating on unionist centenaries) and “Shared Memories” (seemingly about the old RUC). As an example of DUP “outreach”, there is a poster detailing band parades in the summer……..all the way to October.

Mr Fitz, hope you didn’t get too damp on your travels!!!
Could you maybe liven these pics up a bit, perhaps by having one of your Jacobean cavalry figures in each pic? You could even try and sneak one into each window? Now that would be fun,,,,,,what d’you think?
Thursday was pretty wet.
I must admit I have thought of leaving behind my Fitzjames Horse “business card”.
About twenty years ago I was at a Militaria Collectors Fair in an Orange Hall and left a “Patrick Sarsfield wuz here” graffiti. About three years later I was back again and left a “Patrick Sarsfield wuz back again” message.
Ah, the treaty of Limerick! did you see David McWilliams make a laughing stock of Jim Allister on TV recently? Allister was wittering on about that “Foreign Country” down south. McWilliams made a sardonic comment about a certain battle in that “Foreign Country” being commemorated every year, great fun!
Anyhow, go on, I dare ya to go for it with the biz cards
